UDesign - Project

This concept was born from the need for creating a new type of seatbelts, a racing-style harness suitable for street use: the main homologation requirement is to have a red pushing button (almost every racing harness has got a rotative unlocking system). SB-LH's compact asymmetrical shape perfectly fits the right hand (arm opposite to the car door) and it's characterized by the smooth curve on the front cover, whilst the logo has been restyled and adapted for the elegance of a supercar.

Concept nato con l'intento di dar forma a una nuova tipologia di cinture di sicurezza: una fibbia in stile racing, ma idoneo all'uso su strada. Percio' il requisito d'omologazione principale e' che disponga di un pulsante di colore rosso (in tutti gli imbraghi da racing c'e' un sistema di sblocco rotativo). La forma compatta e asimmetrica di SB-LH e' stata modellata sulla presa della mano destra (con la guida a destra e' il braccio opposto alla portiera) ed e' caratterizzata dal motivo sinuoso sulla scocca frontale, mentre il logo e' stato rivisitato per essere in linea con l'eleganza delle supersportive.
